Step 1: Reaching Out & Meet and Greet
Reach out to me via text, call, or email to set up a meet and greet with you and your pet(s). Please include information about all of your animals and your current pet sitting needs. I will schedule a free meet and greet with you and your pet(s) so we can discuss their care, ensure your animals are comfortable with me, and talk about how to enter your home.

Step 2: New Client Form & Scheduling
After a successful meet and greet, I will ask you to create an account for my online scheduling program. This login will be used for scheduling visits, viewing invoices, and updating your profile and your pets’ profile. At setup, I will ask you for some basic info about you, your pet(s), and your vet(s), and allows you to document what your pet’s specific care needs are – whether that is medication, a safe space away from their triggers, or just some good ear scratches.

Once you have completed the intake forms, you will be able to request visits. You will receive a confirmation email after your visits have been reviewed and added to the schedule. Payment for visits is due the at the start of the first visit in the invoice.
If you would like to use the Precise Petcare app to manage scheduling, make payments, etc., you will use the login you just created when signing in. The app is totally optional and up to preference – you can do all of these things through your internet browser as well.
Step 3: Visits & Follow-Up

Each time I visit your pet(s), you will get a follow-up message with a summary of our visit, including the visit time, any bathroom activity, and any food / drink activities. I will also send multiple pictures from the visit.
These messages and photos will be available via your login and accessible to you at any time.
I like to operate at your pet’s pace. If they need time to come out of their shell, I’m always going to follow their lead. If they’re comfortable with me, we’ll start playing, snuggling, or walking right off the bat!
