What is your cancellation policy?
If a visit is cancelled with less than 72 hours notice but more than 2 hours notice, 40% of the original visit cost will be due as a cancellation fee. If a visit is cancelled with 2 hours of notice or less, the full cost of the visit will be due.
Do you have a late booking policy?
Yes: Visits booked with between 36 hours notice and 6 hours notice will include a late booking fee equal to 15% of the visit cost. Visits booked with less than 6 hours notice will include a late booking fee equal to 30% of the visit cost.
Do you offer referral discounts?
Yes, we love referrals! If you refer someone who books and completes a visit with Lia’s Pet Care and they use your name when booking, you will each be granted a $10 referral credit, automatically applied towards your next visit. Refer as many people as you want – this offer is valid for each person who uses your name.
Is Lia’s Pet Care insured?
Yes, LPC is insured through Pet Care Insurance. Our policy covers many things, including: incidents that could take place with your animal(s), another animal encountered on a walk, and potential property damage that might occur during a visit.
Is there an additional fee for administering medicine to my animal during the visit?
In general, no, there is not a medicine administration fee. Please be sure to provide me with the details of your animal’s care needs and your expectations.
Do you offer overnight visits?
No, not at this time.
I have a dog. Is there an additional fee for walking them?
No, the cost is the same for a visit, regardless of our activity.
What are your working hours?
I work with animals between 9am and 7pm, every day of the week. Reach out to me to see if I have availability during your requested visit time.
