I’m a lover of all animals whether fluffy, feathery, scaly, or something in-between. Since I was young, I’ve been interested in taking care of and learning about animals. From my first kitten (begged for and adopted at age 8), to my love for the collection of farm dogs and barn cats at my sister’s dairy farm, to the time I spent in-lab studying the behaviors of fish, I’m lucky to have had opportunities to observe and tend to creatures of all kinds.
These days, my husband and I have a cat and two dogs of our own. We adopted both of our dogs at 4 months, and I’ve helped with many puppies and kittens over the years both with friends and family and with clients. I have experience with caring for young animals and will work with you to reinforce the training you are putting in place with your pet.
Safety comes first for me, always. That’s to keep your pets safe, and to keep me safe. You never know how other folks out in the world will respond to a dog, or vice versa. I will rely on you to tell me about your animal’s triggers and history, and you can trust me to make decisions that keep your animals healthy, safe, and feeling confident.
